Terms of Service

1. Pricing and Payment

Base Price

• Headshot = 20 USD
• Half body = 40 USD
• Full body = 60 USD

Payment Methods

• PayPal
• PayNow (Singapore)

Upfront Payment

• Full payment before starting the commission.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available if the commission has not been completed. The refund amount will depend on the progress of the work.

• Full Refund: If no work has started
• 50%  Refund: Halfway through (sketch or early rendering stage)
• No Refund: Once the final product is near completion or fully completed

2. Commission Process

Queue System

• Commissions are done on a first-come, first-served basis.

Work-in-Progress (WIP) Updates

• I will send updates at each stage of the commission process (sketch, base colours, rendering, and final).

Revisions

• Major revisions are allowed during the sketch and base colour phase.
• Only minor changes will be accepted during the rendering phase.

3. Timeframe

Estimated Lead Time

• 1 - 2 weeks (depending on the complexity of the commission).
• I will inform you if additional time is required.
• Please note that I do not accept urgent commissions.

4. File Delivery and Formats

• Files will be delivered via email in PNG format by default.
• Please specify if you require another file format.

5. Content Restrictions

Will draw

• Fictional characters (people, anime, cartoons, etc.).
• Simple backgrounds

Will not draw

• NSFW themes (mature, gore, violence, etc.).
• Detailed backgrounds (complex landscapes or environments)

6. Client Conduct

• Clients are required to provide clear references and detailed descriptions for their commission.
• Rude or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated, and commissions may be cancelled if such behaviour occurs.

7. Usage Rights and Ownership

Personal Use

• Commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
• Personal use does not include any use where the client is generating revenue, selling the artwork, or using the artwork to promote a business.

Retain Copyright

• As the artist, I retain full ownership and copyright of the commissioned artwork. The client is purchasing a licence for personal use only.

Artist’s Rights

• I have the rights to display the commissioned artwork on my social media, and in other self-promotion channels, unless agreed otherwise.

No Redistribution

• Clients may share the artwork for personal purposes.
• Clients are not allowed to distribute or share artwork in a way that implies they created the work or that others can use it.

Consequences of Unauthorised Commercial Use

• Unauthorised commercial use of the artwork constitutes a violation of copyright law. The artist retains full copyright ownership, and any infringement may result in legal action and compensation for damages.
• If the artwork is used commercially without permission, the client forfeits any right to refunds.
• Clients who use the commissioned artwork commercially without proper authorisation will be blacklisted and will not be eligible for future commissions.

8. Rejections

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
